These terms describe the simple, mutual agreement between us as the developer and you as the user. By installing or using our apps you accept the following.

1. Acceptance of terms
By downloading or using any application published by Bta Mobile Apps, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the apps.
2. License
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the apps on devices you own or control, in accordance with the rules of the Apple App Store and Google Play, and these terms.
3. Acceptable use
- Do not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with the apps.
- Do not use the apps for unlawful purposes or in ways that infringe the rights of others.
- Do not redistribute or sublicense the apps without explicit written permission.
4. Religious content disclaimer
Prayer times, Qibla direction, and other religious content are calculated based on well-known methods (Diyanet, MWL, ISNA, etc.) and approximate device sensor readings. While we work hard to ensure accuracy, you remain responsible for verifying these values when precision matters.
5. Subscriptions & payments
Some apps offer optional subscriptions or one-time purchases through Apple App Store or Google Play. Purchases are governed by the store's terms. Refunds are handled by the relevant store and not directly by us.
6. Limitation of liability
The apps are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bta Mobile Apps is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the apps.
7. Changes
We may update these terms occasionally. The "Last updated" date will be revised whenever we do.
