1. Who we are
Bta Mobile Apps ("we", "us") is an independent mobile studio that develops the applications listed at btamobileapps.com — Chronos, Namaz Vakti, AI Qibla Compass & Notes, and Dhikrly. For any privacy-related inquiry you may reach us at info@btamobileapps.com.
2. What we collect
We collect the minimum amount of data needed to run our apps.
- On-device data. Counters, settings, custom dhikr sets, notes and timer preferences are stored locally on your device.
- Location. Used only by Namaz Vakti and AI Qibla Compass to calculate prayer times and Qibla direction. Your location is not transmitted to our servers.
- Diagnostics. Aggregate, anonymous crash and performance data via Apple / Google standard platforms, used solely to improve stability.
- AI features (Qibla Notes). When you explicitly use an AI feature, the relevant text is sent to a trusted AI provider over encrypted channels and is not retained for training.
3. What we do not collect
- We do not sell user data — ever.
- We do not run third-party advertising trackers.
- We do not collect data from users we know to be children.
4. Subscriptions & purchases
All purchases are handled by Apple App Store or Google Play. We receive only the receipt necessary to validate entitlement. Payment details remain with the store.
5. Your rights
You may request access, correction, or deletion of any personal data we hold by writing to info@btamobileapps.com. Where applicable (GDPR / KVKK / CCPA), we will respond within the legally required time.
6. Changes to this policy
When we make material changes we will revise the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify users in-app.
