Quick answersI ran into a bug in one of your apps — what should I do?
First, please make sure you are running the latest version. If the issue persists, send a short e-mail to info@btamobileapps.com including your device model, operating system version, and the steps that produced the bug. A screenshot or short screen recording shortens the investigation significantly.
How do I cancel my subscription?
All purchases are managed by Apple App Store or Google Play. On iOS: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. On Android: open the Google Play app, tap your profile icon, then Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions and cancel from there.
Where is my data stored?
Whenever possible we keep user data on the device itself. Features that require cloud backup, sync, or AI processing pass through encrypted channels and trusted providers. See our Privacy Policy for the full breakdown.

We'd love to hear it. Send your suggestion to info@btamobileapps.com and mention which app it relates to. Every idea is added to the studio notebook and helps shape the roadmap.
Prayer / Adhan times appear incorrect.
Make sure the app has location permission and that the system time zone is correct. The calculation method (Diyanet, MWL, ISNA, etc.) also influences the result. If the issue continues, write to us with the city you are in.
The Qibla compass is inaccurate.
Compass accuracy depends on the device's magnetometer. Calibrate by moving the phone in a figure-eight (∞) motion. Keep it away from metallic surfaces, magnetic cases, and other electronics for the most accurate reading.
